Making a Purchase

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and making a purchase is simple. Just browse our site, and click the ‘Buy Now’ button of any item that you wish to buy. You will then be taken to our PayPal purchasing page and asked for the few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Delivery

We will deliver anywhere in mainland UK. Wherever possible, we will even deliver internationally. In mainland UK all prices, apart from where indicated, include delivery. We send most orders via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Delivery inclusive prices are not available for non-mainland UK (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly) and international destinations. In these circumstances, please email debbie@debbieosborn.co.uk for a delivery quotation.

Stock

Whilst we do try to keep our site as up to date as possible, on rare occasions we may have insufficient stock to fulfil your order. If this does occur we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know exactly what is happening.

Privacy Policy

Our relationship with you is based on trust. It is our policy to give you a totally private web browsing experience. For this reason, we do not require that you give us any information about yourself before you decide to purchase from our site.

Our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the UK Data Protection Act. We will not divulge your email address to any other company.

Returns

If your goods are less than the high standard that you might expect we would be pleased to receive them back for an exchange or a full refund. If this does happen we are sorry and will do all we can to make amends. Please send your goods to:

When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We aim to process all returns as soon as possible and will email or write to confirm when this has been done.
