Debbie's art arises from a keen interest in shape, line and form and a talent for identifying and developing the incidental and natural patterns she finds around her. She uses an unrestricted range of materials and techniques which to date have included acrylics, collage, block prints, and found objects applied to paper, board or canvas. A passion for surface and texture is always present in her work and the aesthetic visual appeal of these aspects of the finished work is as important to Debbie as the subject portrayed. Postcards, greetings cards and small prints of most of the work are also available.
